How does the secure online purchase process work?
Step 1 -- Choose any of the packages and/or individual items from our list below and click on the 'Buy Gift Certificate Online Now' or 'Add to Gift Certificate' link below/next to the item. Our shopping cart page will appear with the item you chose already selected with the quantity and price shown .
Step 2 -- Enter the details of the person/s that you are buying the Gift Voucher for along with any personalised message.
Step 3 -- Wish to purchase an additional item/s? - Use the 'go back button' (usually in the top left hand corner of your browser window) to go back to the Gift Voucher Page, select an item and you will be taken back again to our shopping cart page. 'Magically' you will now see both items that you have selected in the shopping cart. Continue this step until you have chosen all of the items that you wish to purchase. You may purchase as many items as you wish.
Step 4 -- Go to payments area - Click on the 'go to payments' button and you will be taken to a page where you can enter your information (i.e. name, contact details etc). Areas marked with an * are required and must be completed. Once you have entered all of your details click on the 'continue' button.
Step 5 -- Confirm details and payment method - On this page you should check that all of your details are correct, mark the 'Credit Card' box and if satisfied then click on the 'continue' button.
Step 6 -- Enter Credit Card Details - On this fully secure page you can enter your Credit Card details. Please check for accuracy and once satisfied click on the 'order now' button. That's it, all done!
Please note that you can cancel the order process at any time during and up to steps 1 to 6. Once you press the 'order now' button in Step 6 your order will be processed.
We will send your Gift Voucher together with some brochures by mail to the shipping address and your credit card receipt to the Invoice address. Both addresses can be the same if you wish to personally give the voucher to that someone special.
If you are pressed for time and you ordered the voucher at the last minute (such a busy life we lead!) and our envelope would not get there in time, no problems! We can scan the finished voucher and send it to you via email so you are not left empty handed on the date of 'that' special occasion. The original together with the brochures will follow by mail.
