Two nights of doing as much or as little as you like in this beautiful lush rainforest setting will rejuvenate your body and soul.
Stay up on Mt Tamborine (just over an hours drive from both Brisbane Airport and Coolangatta Airport) and take a stroll through Witches Falls National Park and check out the amazing Giant Strangler Figs, Palms, Stag horns & Cycads and if you are lucky you might see the elusive Albert Lyre Bird, a native of Witches Falls National Park. Visit one of the local Wineries, the Breweries (there are two), the Cheese Factory or take a stroll along the shops and cafes of famous Gallery Walk. Witness one of the magnificent sunsets from the Lookout just 150 metres from your cottage.
Tamborine Mountain is within easy reach (30 minutes drive) of the hussle and bussle of the Gold Coast if that is what you desire. Enjoy a day down the coast, go to the beach, go shopping or visit one of the Theme Parks. Sea World is our personal favorite but you might prefer the rides of Movie World or Dream World or the refreshing water slides of Wet'n Wild. The Australian Outback Spectacular is also very popular with our guests.
In the evening you meander back to the serenity of Tamborine Mountain and can reflect on your days' adventures with a glass or two of local wine or prepare a tasty BBQ in your own private courtyard garden.
