An absolutely stunning position, with an easy walk to town, parks and wineries; gorgeous cottage (unfortunately it wasn't cold enough to light the fire), truly caring and genuine hosts and fantastic breakfasts.

I had always wanted to spend a Romantic Weekend at Witches Falls Cottages. So, on our 20th Wedding Anniversary, we did! It was a cold, wet weekend which worked out quite perfectly really. We stayed in and took advantage of the wood fire, cosy cottage, soft bed, Spa Bath and some DVD's. Have you ever sipped port and eaten chocolate in a spa bath...for breakfast? We did! Yummmmm.

Mt Tamborine offers a variety of experiences from walking tracks through rainforest, swimming holes, waterfalls, glowworm caves, wineries and on it goes.

The cottages are a gem near the Witches Falls Track. Beautifully presented with everything you could want including a hamper breakfast, spa bath, wifi, and enough cooking equipment to be self-contained if you desire.

Loved the entire experience and the wonderful hosts were friendly but left us alone to enjoy the peace and quiet unless we needed anything.

Would highly recommend these beautiful cottages for a stay.

The best tonic for any couple wanting some time out - peace, privacy, outstanding service and the smell of the trees. We have been to a lot of B&Bs around the country and this is one of the best. Mark and Kelly are just the very best of hosts! A delightful couple!

And never have we taken the breakfast part of the B&B equation too seriously but the early morning hamper delivered to our door at precisely 0800 with fresh hot bread (baked on the premises) fresh eggs from the resident chooks and an assortment of cereals, jams, fruit, yogurt etc etc put a serious dent in our plans for lunch that day. Thoroughly recommended!

Room Tip: All cottages are private and surrounded by trees - a serious tropical hide out!

We had a fabulous weekend here, stayed in Cottage 1, it was super comfortable and had everything you could need for a relaxing stay, plus much more. The bathroom with its own private rainforest garden was lovely, although showering next to floor to ceiling windows took a bit of getting used to! It felt like we had our own piece of the bush.

Our hosts Mark and Kelly couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful, they even gave us a call in the morning to let us know which roads were closed after the bad weather.

We loved all the many little details that were above and beyond what you would normally expect- local ground coffee, a torch for the walk to the village in the evening (a 15 min walk on a safe but unlit footpath), a little decanter of port and glasses in the room, free DVDs.

And the gourmet breakfast hamper was amazing- warm freshly baked bread was so yummy! We filled up on breakfast, took the fruit on our morning bush walk, and with the addition of a locally made chutney from one of the shops on Gallery walk, it was easily enough for lunch as well.

All up it was a wonderful stay, and after 2 nights away, we feel like we have had a real holiday. Thanks!

We stayed in the rainforest suite 9th till 11th May 2018, we arrived and were greeted with smiles they we very lovely and extremely helpful giving us plenty of information, it was absolutely amazing the room was perfect and the breakfast was to die for we choose the BBQ breakfast.

Wow wow wow!! Definitely one of my FAVOURITES!

Witches falls cottages is just divine. I have only stayed in the original cottages so am not sure what the upgraded ones are like. I loved the fire place, the big open bathroom and the little outdoor space with the BBQ.

Our breakfast hamper was gorgeous and we truly enjoyed our stay. Very clean and tidy also!

I don't usually write these but the experience was so good it would be a crime not to.

Everything about our stay was wonderful, we usually do apartments by the sea but wanted a 'winter experience' with a fire.

From first arrival the hosts David and Daniella were very hospitable & even got us in early, the little extras, port & chocolates anyone & the amazing breakfast hampers (we had both the DIY BBQ & the continental made for a great stay.

Everything you could possibly need, utensils/cleaning supplies, daily refills for firewood etc right down to bath gowns for after the spa was provided & the cottage (#5) & its surrounds was idyllic.

We were looking for a peaceful getaway for my birthday and we got it. Thanks so much and congratulations on a great destination.

Looked at numerous possibilities out there to celebrate a 50th wedding anniversary and a 75th birthday and came up with Witches Falls Cottages.

The venue had lots of great reviews, had scenic views in the vicinity and attributes like nearness to eateries, peacefulness, relaxation, privacy and comfort which people mentioned in their reviews.

It turned out to be a good choice. David, Daniela and their team were perfect hosts and our three nights’ stay was memorable. The location of our cabin 4 suited us nicely and the welcome and congratulatory setup in our cottage was touching.

My husband I just stayed at Witches Falls for one week. This place is amazing and is such a relaxing place to unwind, the breakfast is lovely and you have two choices to choose from a hot or cold breakfast and you have the most amazing fresh bread cook daily!

You are a short walk from Mason's and a 5 minute drive to The Three Little Pigs which Kelly and Mask suggested which was the best food we have had in a long time. Definitely will be coming back if we get the chance to come to the Gold Coast again.

Homely and Romantic ?

If you are looking for the perfect night/s away from the hustle and bustle of the city this is truly the best place to relax and recharge the batteries!

The rooms have everything needed to cook meals, if not plenty of nice cafes and restaurants in the area. The cottage is not far from the lookout for the perfect sunset with your someone special. The rooms have a Spa, fire place and DVD player. You just help yourself to their massive collection of DVDs for the night. Lots of little extras touches too!

And the Breakfast with freshly baked bread was amazing! We had the hot option which was a cook yourself bacon and eggs with everything. Soo yummy! I love fresh bread soo much. It truly was nice to relax and enjoy nature and the comforts of home away from home.

This was a wonderful place to stay worth the price. It's adults only so no kids screaming or running around..

Start the day with a beautiful breakfast hamper (hot which you bbq or cold with cereal) prepared with all local ingredients which was great to see and then able to end the day in the spa with wine. So magical.

It's also walking distance to a couple of wineries and glow worm caves. Also some really nice rainforest walking tracks right across the road.

Seculuded and relaxing so I highly recommend.

My husband and I had the loveliest time at Witches Falls Cottages! The hosts David and Daniella were absolutely fabulous in every way! Their warmth and kindness shone through and they were very helpful indeed!

We chose the BBQ Breakfast pack and it was delivered the next morning in a beautiful wicker hamper. Tucked inside was a home made loaf of bread (by David), free range eggs from their chickens, fresh butchers bacon and delicious German sausages - amazing! Jams, fruits and fresh juice. They even included gluten free bread for my husband.

The cottage was very welcoming and to a very high standard and was very clean and neat. The log fire was a wonderful touch, especially as it was very cold at night! The spa bath was a relaxing treat and really topped off our stay.

Please, please visit Witches Falls Cottages for a romantic getaway - you will come away feeling refreshed and reenergized and you will most certainly tell your friends about your own wonderful experience there! 10 out of 10!

We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary and first weekend away since becoming parents. The cottages are just beautiful! Cosy, romantic, thoughtfully well equipped (I don't think there was any little detail or anything we could have wanted that was missing!) and in a divine setting!

Location is excellent being able to walk to so many attractions, your knowledge of the local area, enthusiasm and recommendations for dining etc were 5 star. We both had a wonderful time reconnecting and relaxing in your little slice of paradise, we wish we could of stayed a week! Thank you!

Such a wonderful weekend away for my partners birthday weekend, breakfast basket delivered daily with all fresh local produce.

Spacious private outdoor area with large outdoor spa which was amazing. So close to everything and walking distance to wineries too 😁😁 Comfy bed too and modern decor.

The couple that run the place are lovely and also let us check in early too and very helpful too with giving us an insight of what to do at tamborine mountain will definitely stay here again.

We found the witches falls cottage to be everything we were looking for. Very peaceful and relaxing.

Between the spa and the fireplace and the complimentary port and chocs how could one not be relaxed. I recommend both the hot and the cold breakfasts. Both equally amazing. The fresh home cooked bread is a must.

We had a magical stay here and would recommend these cottages to anyone. David and Daniela are warm and welcoming hosts who make you feel at home as soon as you check in.

The cottage we stayed in was beautifully appointed and it was simply magical to hear the birdsong and rainforest sounds from our private patio.

We had such a fantastic stay here, it was just the perfect getaway!

Our room was so cosy. The outdoor area had a bbq along with a relaxing and large spa bath! David also made the most amazing vegan hampers for us each
morning. The freshly baked bread was delicious and the choice of a hot or cold breakfast basket was a nice surprise.

We loved having the rainforest literally at our doorstep, and this was one of many highlights staying at Witches Falls Cottages. It was the perfect
location for us to switch off and relax for a few days, and we look forward to staying there again in the near future.

This is the most beautiful and relaxing place to stay, we stayed there 8 years ago for our wedding anniversary and went back for our 23rd this week. The owners are lovely and have made this into the perfect get away spot.

Staff did a great job. We had fresh towels delivered with yummy chocolates HOW THOUGHTFUL! Not only that, but the whole experience was amazing. clean, tidy, quiet and very homely.

Had a wonderful time. Very private secluded cottages and rooms. We stayed in the suite which had the outdoor spa which was very nice. Even on the chilly windy nights it was nice to duck into the nice hot water and relax.

We just returned from celebrating our 20 year wedding anniversary at Witches Falls cottages. We were looking for something private and unique and we were totally blessed to have found the right place here.

Our time together was quality. You can easily find time to relax and also explore. We asked David and Daniella on arrival for a watering hole. Found a beautiful place to swim in the waterfalls at Cedar Creek following their instructions.

Saw a beautiful sunset across the road whilst having a bottle of champagne. Went to some beautiful restaurants also based on recommendations. Went on a hike across the road in the National Park. Ventured into the quirky main streets of Mt Tambourine....

Just a short drive from the airport we arrived at our little tropical haven! Set just a 10 min stroll from the Main Street the cottages are positioned rights above the Witches Falls walk.

The hosts were very friendly and informative and showed us through our cottage. Fully equipped kitchenette with everything we needed.

The breakfast hamper was delicious! We tried the hot hamper and the next day the cold and were extremely satisfied with both.

Beds comfy with extra pillows and blankets if you needed.

Spa was set in the bathroom with a glass ceiling so you can look out to the trees and the stars.

Cost was very reasonable for what you got.

Massage- we had a pregnancy massage and daddy massage in our room. Both of which were incredible.

I would highly recommend a visit!!!

Took myself to Witches Falls Cottages for a solo birthday indulgence, & it was wonderful. The cottage was secluded whilst being part of a small complex, immediately across the road from Witches Falls National Park.

Everything was impressive — warm ducted air, large comfortable bed, functional kitchenette, wood burning stove (great atmosphere at night), private courtyard with barbecue (to cook your own breakfast the way you'd like it), & a sensational bathroom with a huge spa bath & beautiful glassed shower (so you could look out at the trees & sky). Faultless!

Each morning the aroma of freshly baked bread signalled the arrival of the breakfast basket — how I loved that aroma — with more food than I could consume in one meal (but happily made use of later in the day.

My wife and I stayed here for the night before our wedding with our bridal party, and then had another couple of nights afterwards as well.

The rooms are wonderful, and nothing was too much trouble for David and Daniela who helped us soooo much in many little ways. They really made the experience an overwhelmingly wonderful one. David and Daniela go above and beyond to ensure guests have a perfect stay.

The breakfast provisions are plentiful....very plentiful, not to mention fresh and delicious and there are wineries within walking distance.

One of the best places I have ever stayed. If you want a romantic getaway, this is the place to go. Cosy stone cottages, nestled amongst rain forest gardens. The cottage has simply the best bathroom I have ever used. A glass ceiling and wall but complete privacy. We sat in the spa sipping champagne, looking at a lovely tropical garden and the stars above.

In Winter, there is a fireplace. In the Summer heat, an air conditioner cools the room as a ceiling fan on the bamboo roof spins lazily away. Each cottage has a private tropical courtyard to enjoy a cold one in, and to cook up the world class breakfast hamper included in your stay. Enjoy the complimentary port and chocolates on arrival when you are welcomed by the charming hosts Mark and Kelly. Located within walking distances of a great pub and restaurants too. Worth every cent.

What a delightful place to relax and unwind in the beautiful Tamborine Mountains.

David was delightful and really helpful. Our cottage was divine, beautiful fire, relaxing spa, comfortable bed and the breakfast was fresh and plentiful.

The gardens are beautiful to stroll around and the national park is opposite.

We spent 2 nights in this delightful paradise and will definitely be back.

This accommodation is just fabulous. So quiet and spacious, the rooms are very comfortable including the beds, the en-suite has a twilight room which is very romantic in the twin spa baths.

Very country with their own chickens and vegetable patch. Very close (300 meters) walking distance to top quality vineyards recommended Witchy Falls Wineyard and Masons which is super for lunch.

When on the mountain please try these places, they will not disappoint.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and were not disappointed. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. We loved enjoying a spa and shower with the views of the rainforest above us.

There was so much attention to detail with the range of movies we could watch from our bed, the beautiful breakfast basket that was delivered to our room each morning, rose petals around our cottage for our arrival and the ambience of the place was just perfect.
