This was a wonderful place to stay worth the price. It's adults only so no kids screaming or running around..

Start the day with a beautiful breakfast hamper (hot which you bbq or cold with cereal) prepared with all local ingredients which was great to see and then able to end the day in the spa with wine. So magical.

It's also walking distance to a couple of wineries and glow worm caves. Also some really nice rainforest walking tracks right across the road.

Seculuded and relaxing so I highly recommend.

Tambourine Mountain is a very special place, made even more so by the local knowledge of delightful and thoughtful hosts.

The breakfasts hampers really are legendary. If you've never been to this region before, it's well worth adding it to your itinerary.

We tacked three nights here onto a cruise of New Zealand and it was wonderful.

Hire a car and explore, you won't be disappointed.

There is also so much to do if you are looking for adventure and culture.

Wonderful hosts at Witches Falls and have plenty of recommendations, Very private and relaxing cottages, wonderful breakfast hampers and a great area to relax and unwind.

Bush Walks, Good Food in the area , short stroll to village and winery with great restaurant, very private spa area that gives you the outdoors feeling in a glass roof area and open onto private garden.

Highly recommend and we will be back, My wife had a great massage lady come to the cabin and you can do a lot or do a little. Mt Tamborine is a great place to relax and Witches Cottages is the ideal base.

Great local coffee provided in room with plunger also provided.

We stayed here in March 2016 and it was absolutely beautiful. Everyone was so helpful and friendly and the breakfasts were such a nice touch! The freshly baked bread each morning with the delicious hampers were incredible and we miss it all the time!

Thoroughly enjoyed our recent 2 day getaway to celebrate our 35th wedding.

The cottages were very spacious and we loved the log fire.

Oh my goodness so much good and fresh food in the breakfast hamper plus in the dinner and picnic one we purchased as an extra. We were happy to cook our bbq dinner hamper and relax in front of the fire.

Great hosts and a lovely area to explore.

Spectacular sunsets topped off a great weekend. We will come back again.

Cosy Cottage

We enjoyed our 2 nights stay. Our greeting was informative and helpful. Our cottage was very clean and the bedding was comfortable.

There is only a couple of things I feel could improve this quaint cottage. The room gets very stuffy being so small and having the fire going. Screen doors or windows would help to have a bit of airflow. Possibly an extra mat for the beautiful spa. The floor became quite slippery and we had nothing to mop it up. Otherwise it was a very pleasant place to stay.

We loved the spa and tropical indoor garden and the glass panels to showcase an outdoor garden. I’ve never enjoyed a spa quite like that. I did add some beautiful bubbling bath milk from Body Shop, which made it even more luxurious.

The breakfast hampers that you get delivered at 8am and prepare yourself from the lovely fresh and delicious selection of quality produce, complete with freshly baked bread is amazing. Enough food for a very healthy appetite. We couldn’t eat everything.

The only thing I suggest if your planning on walking into town as we did is have good walking shoes. They supply torches which we did use on the 2nd night.

Everything you could ask for and more is in this accommodation. They have the fire ready to go which we obviously used. It was quite cool even for September which I always forget about when your in the mountains. So some warm clothing is advisable if your a frog like me. They have a couple of nice touches which adds to the welcome.

There is only one thing I think could make this cottage more romantic would be some nice white sheer curtains. Then it would ooze romance.

Lastly the Bowls Club had live entertainment Friday night which had a great atmosphere, fantastic for a drink after eating out at the Irish Pub. It closes at 12pm so make sure it’s on your list if you want to continue the vibe.

Witches Falls Cottages Team are perfect hosts and nothing is a problem.

We stayed here to celebrate our 10yr wedding anniversary and were not disappointed. From the initial check in to our departure everything was just "perfect".

Mark and Kelly were so friendly and inviting, but also understand what a romantic getaway is about! The breakfast hampers are outstanding we also got the dinner hamper and a cheese and wine platter which were both amazing also, the fresh produce along with the generous size is amazing!

We had Kelly organise a wine tour for us which was another perfect accompaniment to our weekend.

If I was to recommend a great romantic getaway, Witches Falls Cottages will be my first and only.

This is the 3rd time we have visited the cottages!

They have a great breakfast included, an amazing VERY large bathroom with an amazing spa bath for two (see photo), a fire place with real wood and the surrounds are quite charming!

Great getaway for a night or two! There is a great 3km walk only 2 mins across the cottages!

Well worth the investment!

My mother and I decided to treat ourselves for some time out from work life. We were so impressed. My mother sat in front of the fire, sipping on the complimentary Port (which she LOVED), while I spent most of my time soaking away in the incredible spa bath looking out in to the beautiful green garden.

It was exactly what both of us needed! And the breakfast hampers are INCREDIBLE!!!! Fresh baked bread, fresh out of the oven!

We spent 2 nights in a romantic private cottage, double spa, fireplace, shower in the rainforest, enclosed by glass surroundings, breakfast hampers both mornings, the warm fresh baked bread was yummy, it felt like just myself and my partner and there was no-one else in the world.

My partner needed time away from it all and that is exactly what we both received, just so relaxing and quiet. We were welcomed on arrival by Kelly and Mark and they are just lovely genuine people who made sure we were well looked after in every respect.

Can highly recommend staying and we will be back next year.

If you are looking for somewhere unique and romantic to spend a weekend or longer then you must head to Witches Falls Cottages.

We ventured up the mountain to celebrate our 21st wedding anniversary and chose this amazing place to stay.

It offered everything we wanted and delivered much more.

Our cute little cottage was very private and very well appointed with everything you could want and need . The spa was amazing and the fire place warm and cosy.
Little touches like an umbrella, a torch , and plunger coffee made even more special.

And the breakfast hampers were simply amazing ! And huge !

We had the most relaxing couple of days wandering around the villages , visiting the wineries , brewery, restaurants and cafes.

We will definitely return to stay again.

I chose Witches Falls cottages on a recommendation from a close friend. The purpose was for my partner and I to escape hectic working life and have some time to ourselves. Well this place not only met our expectation, it exceeded it.

With amazing customer service, we felt like we were important, and that our comfort and needs were important. The beautiful cottages were private with all our needs met, and we felt very comfortable in knowing we could ask for anything.

We will be going back there as soon as possible. The freshly baked bread each morning just added to the indulgence this place offers at a very reasonable price.

Arrived to find the cottage warmed by the air con and the fire set ready for us to light. Everything you could possibly need was thoughtfully provided.

Breakfasts were amazing. Great location - easy walking distance to restaurants / shops and walks. Take warm clothes if you are going to choose to cook the BBQ breakfast - it's cold out of the sun in the mornings!

Very private - you are unaware of any other people staying. Would recommend.

Just had the most romantic weekend away here! Absolutely love the atmosphere, the fireplace, the spa bath, the hampers, the location and great service! Nice walk to local attractions like the waterfall and winery. Highly recommend and cannot wait to return 🙂

The best location, where it's close to the wineries and activities plus the cliff views! The venue itself is super cute, where our cabin was so private and quiet. It had a gorgeous little garden and BBQ which we put to good use a couple of times, and a massive tub in a glass ceiling bathroom with a green plant wall (plus the sliding door opens to another garden).

The breakfast baskets are great. We ordered a cheese platter for the first day and it was amazing. Our hosts were the sweetest. Honestly love this place!

Such a wonderful weekend away for my partners birthday weekend, breakfast basket delivered daily with all fresh local produce.

Spacious private outdoor area with large outdoor spa which was amazing. So close to everything and walking distance to wineries too 😁😁 Comfy bed too and modern decor.

The couple that run the place are lovely and also let us check in early too and very helpful too with giving us an insight of what to do at tamborine mountain will definitely stay here again.

We stayed in a premier cottage. It was nicely decorated, spacious and clean. The bathroom was well designed with extensive glass over looking a private garden. The cottage had a back deck area with a BBQ and wildlife visited which was lovely.

The food hampers were exceptional with fresh produce and such an amazing variety.

We had a wonderful relaxing break and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

We stayed in a premium cottage for 2 nights over Easter. We had such a good time and loved the cottage and breakfast hampers and Easter Eggs. We had the fire going, red wine, cheese platter and lots of movies to watch. Everything is walking distance including the wineries and bars. Kelly & Mark do everything they can to be the best hosts. Can't wait to go back!
