My partner and I stayed 3 nights recently at Witches Falls Cottages in a premium cottage. The two stand outs of our stay were the amazing breakfasts, the fresh bread is to die for, and the wonderfully relaxing double spa bath. From the moment we arrived the stresses of the daily grind just melted away. We will definitely be back!!

My husband and I stole two nights away from the children prior to him leaving for six months. The cottages allowed us to indulge in all things romance.

Warm fire, spa bath (with battery operated tea lights we took with us, do not use real candles!!) a beautiful breakfast hamper delivered to our door.
Port and chocolate on arrival.

The atmosphere was just what we needed and we spent most of time in our cabin talking for hours and spending quality time together. We completely allowed ourselves to switch off for a small moment in time and be in the moment.

The relaxing environment of the cottages provided this perfectly for us. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. The service is truly above and beyond.

Stayed here last year as a surprise purchase for my partner for four nights for his birthday. The rainforest suite is absolutely beautiful, the
outdoor spa is the best..

Say hello to your little bird friend that will visit you in the mornings , there’s a bunch of sketches of him in the guest book if you want to spot
him.

Across the road and a moderate level treck through the forest will lead you to the beautiful Witches Falls, or enjoy one of their locally sourced
hampers and cook your own breakfast in the mountains.

I’ve since bought a voucher for my parents to stay this weekend. Money well spent

Our stay was absolutely perfect. From the port & chocolates & friendly welcome on arrival. The little details around the place are really nice. The spa & fireplace were great. The breakfast was amazing with enough left over for lunch. Big selection of DVD's at reception, as well as complimentary coupons for tastings at a winery & distillery in the area.

We came away super relaxed, and just wishing we could stay a few nights longer.. Great area with a good bush walk just near by, we also walked in to town for dinner the first night, and toured the 3 wineries & 1 distillery in the area on the second day.

Sunset across the road is not to be missed!!

Staff did a great job. We had fresh towels delivered with yummy chocolates HOW THOUGHTFUL! Not only that, but the whole experience was amazing. clean, tidy, quiet and very homely.

On arrival the heating was on and nice music playing in the background. Every thing had a personal touch and the breakfast hampers were wonderful.

If you're thinking 'get-away' for a couple of days (or more) of relaxation and enjoying the beauty of one of the most scenic and serene places on the planet, then you will have arrived at the doorstep of the Witches Falls Cottages, nestled on the peak of the scenic rim at Mount Tamborine: just one hour from Brisbane.

We managed a winter escape from the city for a couple of days midweek for my birthday and what a delightful surprise our cottage was on arrival! A wood fire burning, privacy surrounded by gorgeous gardens and the true comfort of a home away from home. We delighted in the 'al-fresco' style glass-enclosed shower and a spa filled with Tamborine's famous natural spring water. And our hosts couldn't have been more welcoming and obliging.

Nothing was too much trouble and we were thrilled with the freshly baked bread, locally produced herbs and other breakfast goodies placed in a hamper outside our door each morning. We enjoyed some of the many activities the mountain had to offer: bush walking, sunset gazing, wine tours, enjoying one of the many fine restaurants and more.

In fact the viewing platform to watch the sunset and view this amazing National Park, was just across the road from the cottages! But just relaxing in our warm and cozy retreat on a cold winter's day was equally wonderful and certainly recharged our batteries.

Thank you so much to our hosts for such a wonderfully warm, welcoming experience in this scenic getaway.

My (now) fiance organised this trip as a surprise engagement. I could not have imagined a more perfect spot. The cottage was gorgeous with the spa bath and fire place. And the fresh made bread every morning was fantastic (and still warm). Witches Falls Cottages will always hold a special place in my heart.

We had a brilliant 2 night stay in a private cottage, mid September. It was still chilly up on the mountain so the fireplace was brilliant.

Having a little outdoor barbecue was equally great - we cooked a feast on the first night, and the cottage had everything we needed to do so successfully. The breakfast bbq hamper was NEXT LEVEL and was so much food that it kept us going until mid afternoon.

Did I mention the spa bath? Yes it is indoors but you feel like you’re outside for the big glass windows and "live" plant wall. I recommend you BYO bubble bath or salts though! Very romantic and private - we didn’t see anyone else throughout our whole stay!

The cottages are well located - across the road is the Witches Falls bush walk (1hr round trip). Perfect if you fancy a walk before breakfast. A little drive away is access to plenty more walks, gallery walk, Skywalks etc. Walking distance to a couple of wineries - we spent a brilliant afternoon in the sun at Witches Fall winery eating cheese and sipping delicious wine.

I chose Witches Falls cottages on a recommendation from a close friend. The purpose was for my partner and I to escape hectic working life and have some time to ourselves. Well this place not only met our expectation, it exceeded it.

With amazing customer service, we felt like we were important, and that our comfort and needs were important. The beautiful cottages were private with all our needs met, and we felt very comfortable in knowing we could ask for anything.

We will be going back there as soon as possible. The freshly baked bread each morning just added to the indulgence this place offers at a very reasonable price.

My husband and I had the loveliest time at Witches Falls Cottages! The hosts David and Daniella were absolutely fabulous in every way! Their warmth and kindness shone through and they were very helpful indeed!

We chose the BBQ Breakfast pack and it was delivered the next morning in a beautiful wicker hamper. Tucked inside was a home made loaf of bread (by David), free range eggs from their chickens, fresh butchers bacon and delicious German sausages - amazing! Jams, fruits and fresh juice. They even included gluten free bread for my husband.

The cottage was very welcoming and to a very high standard and was very clean and neat. The log fire was a wonderful touch, especially as it was very cold at night! The spa bath was a relaxing treat and really topped off our stay.

Please, please visit Witches Falls Cottages for a romantic getaway - you will come away feeling refreshed and reenergized and you will most certainly tell your friends about your own wonderful experience there! 10 out of 10!

Had a lovely three nights in cottage 5. Lovely fireplace, spa for two people in a lovely setting. Nice touch was getting breakfast hamper delivered to the door by 8am with a fresh loaf of warm baked bread.. Nice fresh mountain coffee to complete breakfast.

Bed was comfortable. Great location and walking distance to shops & eateries. Mark was right you certainly need a torch (they provide) to walk back from Clancy's Irish Pub at night. The food at Clancy's pub was excellent!! It was faultless.. Had beef & guiness pie and husband had the duck.

Kelly & Mark are very welcoming and helpful. You could not stay in a better appointed accommodation on Mt Tambourine. Walk across the road to the National Park and watch the sunset over the valley..

Highly recommend Witches Fall Cottages for a romantic trip or just for a break away..

We had an amazing and relaxing time at Witches Falls Cottages. Perfect for our mini honeymoon getaway to unwind after the big day.

The service of David and Daniela was exceptional and both the continental and BBQ breakfast hampers were fresh, generous and delicious.

Excellent location and close to everything you need. The separate cottages are wonderful for privacy and it was great to have a fireplace, spa (with private garden) and courtyard/bbq area to add to the relaxing atmosphere.

Amazing experience all around. Friendly hosts, board games and movies available for use in your room, spa bath is absolutely heavenly, room was clean and tidy. Breakfast provided was amazing and beautifully presented. Can only slightly hear cars from the street, other than that you feel totally secluded.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay, perfect for a birthday celebration. Our host showed us to our cottage which was hidden away amongst the
bushland.

The cottage was very spacious and, very comfortable, I particularly love the log fire, we were able to use this as the temperature was cool enough to
use at night. It warmed up the cottage very well.

Our hosts organised a early morning balloon ride for us, this was a first for us and we loved it.

At the rear of the cottage is a beautiful private outdoor area with BBQ, nice to sit and have a quite drink.

The breakfast hamper was excellent,(cook your self), the loaf of bread was still warm when we took it out of the basket with all the other goodies.
Probably the best breakfast hamper ever.

The cottages are well located to everything that MT Tambourine has to offer, be it a short walk or drive.

We will be back to stay again.

Stayed at Witches last Sunday night and was an absolute haven. Everything we wanted and needed. Stayed in cottage two which was amazing. Very private and the cottage wasn't tiny which you usually get. Bathroom was absolutely stunning. Laying in the spa looking at the stairs.

We asked for the continental breakfast hamper and we had so much choice, the home made bread was to die for.

Cant wait to book there again for longer in the near future.

The best location, where it's close to the wineries and activities plus the cliff views! The venue itself is super cute, where our cabin was so private and quiet. It had a gorgeous little garden and BBQ which we put to good use a couple of times, and a massive tub in a glass ceiling bathroom with a green plant wall (plus the sliding door opens to another garden). The breakfast baskets are great. We ordered a cheese platter for the first day and it was amazing. Our hosts were the sweetest. Honestly love this place!

From the first moment of contact the Witches Falls Cottages showed themselves to be an ideal setting. The owners, Mark and Kelly were wonderful helping make arrangements from afar and the greeting upon arrival was friendly and warm.

The guest is made to feel at home and the suite I booked could not have been better or more comfortable. From the BBQ in the evening to checkout the next morning, the stay in this delightful refuge from the stress of every day was a pleasure to repeat again and again.

Everything was there. The room was luxuriously appointed, complete with spa and a spacious patio. The simple quiet of the place and the proximity to nature and the wonderful and professional handling of all requests put this place on a very special level.

The Witches Falls Cottages is worth the trip, no matter how far, and I will certainly visit it again. This is truly a magical location and a hide-away without peer.

I stayed here a number of years ago for a romantic weekend away but I still can't recommend Witches Falls higher. I loved the beautiful rooms, rainforest bathroom, the piece of artwork left for us, the chocolates, the port by the fire and the amazing locally grown and sourced food baskets.

I have stayed in similar rainforest type accomodation after my stay at Witches Falls and nothing comes close to comparing. But the best part was the absolutely lovely customer service I experienced. Friendly, warm, helpful but respectful of privacy.

I recommend Witches Falls to everyone. Thank you for spreading a little joy in such a beautiful location.

My partner and I recently came back from a month of travelling around Asia and were pretty exhasuted when we arrived at Witches Falls Cottages.

Daniela and David provided an exceptional service right from the off explaining the best things to do in the area (including the best pub).

The cottages themselves are very charming and cozy and the small touches (soaps, gowns, two TV's, breakfast hamper) make it a very relaxing place to spend a couple of nights.

We didn't want to leave! highly reccomend a 2 night minimum stay to get the most out of the cottages and surrounding Mt Tamborine.

We stayed for 3 nights to celebrate my partner's 50th.

The cottage we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The bathroom atrium was spectacular and created a very relaxing spa bath environment.

The breakfast inclusions were generous and the fresh bread delivered daily was delish. We enjoyed BBQing our breakfast at our leisure on our lazy mornings.

We visited the surrounding wineries and the local Irish bar, all of them within walking distance.

Our hosts were very welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble.

Everything we needed & hoped for was here...quaint, relaxing cottage set amongst serene Australian wilderness, garnished by occasional native bird song & crisp mountain air. Bettered only by the very approachable, easy going yet top shelf calibre of service from the hosts Mark & Kelly, what a team!!

Mark & Kelly had everything organised for us that we thought we'd need to organise ourselves, from Hot Air Balloon rides to massages they had it all effortlessly stitched up, before we even knew where to start. They're knowledge of the local area & services was of great help as well.

So, if you're looking for relaxing one on one time with someone special, star gazing from your Jacuzzi through the bathrooms glass ceiling above you, while the in room ,fireplace awaits your arrival with the locally sourced Cheese Platter delivered earlier to your door....then Witches Falls Cottages is definitely this place!

What a place to go to, we got the rainforest cottage, which was a lovely size with an outdoor spa, very nicely hidden in its own area. Breakfast is hand delivered in the morning with freshly baked bread, and we opted for the BBQ style breakfast and cooked our own.

This was one of the nicest areas and places we have stayed in, just perfect for a romantic weekend, rated 5 as we don't have 6 on here!

Tambourine Mountain is a very special place, made even more so by the local knowledge of delightful and thoughtful hosts.

The breakfasts hampers really are legendary. If you've never been to this region before, it's well worth adding it to your itinerary.

We tacked three nights here onto a cruise of New Zealand and it was wonderful.

Hire a car and explore, you won't be disappointed.

We stayed 2 nights over Easter. David and Daniela were great hosts and very warm and welcoming.

The room was cosy and catered for our every need. The breakfast hampers exceeded our expectations and were so delicious! We even got a special Easter hamper. Our hosts went above and beyond for us!
